Fracht Group and Grupo Tical Form Joint Venture to Enhance Logistics Across Central America

Fracht Group and Grupo Tical Holding S.A. have joined forces to strengthen logistics and supply chain connectivity across Central America, establishing operations in six countries and expanding Fracht Group’s connected footprint from Canada to Patagonia.

Fracht Group has announced a new joint venture with Grupo Tical Holding S.A., one of Central America’s leading logistics providers, to strengthen supply chain connectivity and enhance logistics capabilities across the region. 

The collaboration establishes operations in Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua, combining Tical’s deep regional expertise with Fracht Group’s global network. Together, the companies create a seamless end-to-end logistics corridor connecting the entire Americas, from Canada to Patagonia, improving service reliability, efficiency, and international trade support. 

The joint venture will focus exclusively on freight forwarding activities, encompassing air freight, ocean freight, and related supply chain coordination services.
