Fracht France announces its 2025 Gender Equality Index score of 76/100 in accordance with French regulatory requirements and outlines its commitment to continued improvement in workplace equity.
In accordance with the French Professional Future Act of September 5, 2018, which aims to eliminate the gender pay gap, Fracht France is publishing its overall score on the Gender Equality Index (mandatory for companies with at least 50 employees, by March 1st of each year).
For 2025, Fracht France obtained an overall score of 76 out of 100, which corresponds to the sum of the indicators below:
- Indicator relating to the gender pay gap: 21/40.
- Indicator relating to the gap in individual salary increase rates: 35/35.
- Indicator relating to the percentage of female employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15/15.
- Indicator relating to the number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest-paid employees: 5/10.
More than just a score, this index reflects Fracht France's concrete commitment to gender equality and diverse opportunities.
With the final score ranging from 75 to 84 points, Fracht France has already set improvement targets for the indicators that did not reach the maximum score. The 2025 results have thus enabled Fracht France to implement new, concrete initiatives promoting a fair working environment.
